Hi. This is JJ
again. Please consider a rescue dog like me. Because of Jenni at
Swiftdogz Border Collie Rescue and my forever mom and dad, I now live a great
life! Even my vet said I was lucky to have my mom and dad but mom told him
they were lucky to have me....
I know a lot of people think if they get a rescued dog, the dog won't bond with them. I can only speak for myself and Jake but there's no way we would want to live anywhere else. In fact, Jake informed our folks he was here to stay! (Mom had a heck of a time getting him into her truck to take him to my vet to get him established. He was scared he was going to get dropped off and left again.) But if you still have doubts, Mo-Kan Border Collie Rescue has a page called "Bonding With The Adult Rescue Dog". And East Tennessee Border Collie Rescue has a page called "Top Ten Myths About Owning A Border Collie". Mom says myth #8 is so true!!!
